In Glendale, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across California do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 9 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Glendale is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Glendale is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one! We were just driving through on our way back to Las Vegas and decided to stop, and I’m so glad we did. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The Zhengyalov hats was fresh, flavorful, and so tasty. The Napoleon dessert was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the baklava was fresh, flaky, and absolutely delicious.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ The bakery was spotless, welcoming, and you could tell they take pride in everything they do. What made our visit even more memorable was the incredibly kind lady working there ( sorry forgot her name). She surprised my son with free ponchiks 😍 which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It’s rare to find a place with amazing food, exceptional customer service, and such a warm atmosphere all in one. We will definitely be stopping here every time we’re passing through. If you’re thinking about trying this place, don’t hesitateβ€”you won’t be disappointed!

First time trying this bakery. I was charged $7.49 for this cheese and jalapeΓ±o bread. On the board it clearly says $3 something. I really dislike dishonest businesses. Never will go back.

Absolutely love this place! The lahmajun is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable. It reminds me of authentic homemade Armenian taste. Highly recommend if you’re craving something delicious and traditional!

I stopped into Lahmajun Bakery and ordered a Beef Blinchik along with a Coke β€” absolutely incredible. The flavors were rich, warm, and deeply satisfying, the kind of comfort food that feels home-cooked and thoughtfully made. The seating area was such a pleasant surprise β€” bright colors, a festive energy, and a cozy, inviting vibe that made me want to linger. It feels both elevated and relaxed, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy good food without any rush. And the desserts? Unreal. They have every pastry and sweet you could imagine β€” truly the Smithsonian of desserts. Rows and rows of options, all fresh, beautiful, and irresistible. Highly recommend this place. Delicious (and affordable) food, welcoming atmosphere, and a dessert case you will dream about later.

5 STAR !! ⭐️🌟 I had lahmacun, (something with greens but i dont know the name so im gonna add a picture), pickles, and baklava here, and I was very satisfied with everything. The lahmacun was hot, fresh, and perfectly balanced. I bought the pickles separately, but they were definitely worth itβ€”very fresh and delicious. The baklava I tried was different than turkish baklava, I love honey so this one was also very good!! The quality, taste, and care were all excellent. I’ll definitely stop by again if I’m in the area!
